We have created 2 folders in this zip archive. "full_list" contains the full list including PlanetLab proxies,
and "full_list_nopl" is the full list excluding PlanetLab proxies.
Each folder has a "_full-list.txt" file, which contains all of the proxies from all countries sorted by
speed; a "_reliable-list.txt" file contains the proxies which have 80% or higher reliability rate. We
have also created other text files for each seperate country, again these are sorted by fastest first.
You may use these proxies in any application with proxy settings, including web browsers, chat clients,
whois checkers, automated applications, etc
Anonymity levels
Level 1: No anonymity; remote host knows your IP and knows you are using proxy.
Level 4: Low anonymity; remote host does not know your IP, but it knows you are using proxy.
Level 8: Medium anonymity; remote host knows you are using proxy, and thinks it knows your IP, but this is not yours (this is usually a multihomed proxy which shows its inbound interface as REMOTE_ADDR for a target host).
Level 16: High anonymity; remote host does not know your IP and has no direct proof of proxy usage (proxy-connection family header strings). If such hosts do not send additional header strings it may be considered as high-anonymous. If a high-anonymous proxy supports keep-aliveyou can consider it to be extremely-anonymous. However, such a host is highly possible to be a honey-pot.
How to use the proxy?
All the browsers (chrome, firefox, ie, opera, safari and others) support the proxy option. When you set a proxy in browser, the proxy will fetch the web pages for your browser. The webistes regard the IP of proxy as your IP so it cannot trace your real IP. We recommend using & Elite Proxy Switcher to set proxy for your browsers
